Very nice hotel with good service

It was just a awesome stay, believe me we the hospitality is to be the best.... Keep up the good work.... I request everyone plz visit once and u will feel my words.... My special thanks to Shahnawaz, Jotirmoy, Naumit, Annushka, Satwant, Monu, Anubhav, Rajkaml, Rohit, Abhinash, Nitesh and the entire team..... U all have been brilliant....

New property and kept clean. Really poor service and customer orientation. Except for Ms. Singh at the front desk, no other stuff was cooperative or supportive. We tried meals at their restaurant ( only one was operational) and food was quite avg.

We went to Gandis river. Unfortunately, I need to get up early. So, i'm so sleepy. After my trip, I ate breakfast in this hotel. Monu give me some omlet & coffee. Monu and deepa rajkumar give us nice service. I reccomend to every Japanese! Thank you!

Excellent stay, new brand hotel. Excellent staff like Shivam Saraswat Reservation polite and efficient in handling guest queries requests and well communicate to internal departments so that it can be fulfil for guest. You must try this hotel!! Thank you Shivam once again see you soon.

Stayed at this spanking new Doubletree by Hilton, Varanasi ( opened in September'2023) for 3 nights to attend a family wedding. My impressions: Rooms:  are spacious and well appointed with ample storage and adequate lighting. Bathrooms are well designed with seperate shower cubicle( shower pressure excellent)and Crabtree & Evelyn toiletteries. We had the sprawling city view room on the 10 th Floor. WIFI connection is great throughout the Hotel. Food : A hotel is judged largely by its restaurant and food. At present they have this multi cuisine restaurant Divo which is really huge & spacious with an open kitchen ( the Bar is not yet opened awaiting licence and I understand they have plans for another vegetarian thali restaurant in the near future). Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch & dinner. Breakfast buffet spread is adequate with freshly made to order eggs, dosas, fresh puris served at the table besides the usual fare including one chicken preparation. Lunch and dinner menu is fairly varied and food quality is excellent. Service is excellent. We enjoyed all our meals, preferred  a la carte( against the buffet). Culinary Director and Executive Chef Buddhadev Chatterjee specially cooked for us at a lunch some great Hilsa fish preparations and  Kosha ***gsho(a mutton dish which is popular in Kolkata). It was awesome. Our sincere thanks to him and his team for making our culinary experience memorable.However, having said that I would also like to add honestly that we found the food to be slightly overpriced. I have stayed at ***y 5 star properties in India & abroad( including the Taj Ganges in Varanasi itself on earlier ocassions) and I find the similar dishes to be atleast 20 to 25% higher. Ofcourse, to be fair they do offer a 10 % discount to Hilton Honours members. Request the ***agement to take this as a feedback and explore ways to bring the menu prices to a comparable level with other similar properties. The location of the Hotel is convenient from the Airport and other sightseeing areas, distancewise, but the locality itself is not a place where you can go around for a stroll. Overall we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay

I have made reservation for two nights, but due to bed weather in Pokhara/ Nepal flight was canceled for two days. I am not able to reach Hotel. But charge my credit card. I hope you will understand my situation and refund me back in my credit card. Waiting for response. Thanks Ashok Raval

Very far from the temple. Limited dining and transport. The hotel staff take advantage of this. For 2 kms they asked INR 800. I don’t understand how they end up in charging INR 400/ KM. Always be ready that anyone can knock your door/ ring the door bell (without asking) anywhere between 12 mid night to 2 am and start asking for water etc. which is a height of unprofessionalism and is worse when you are staying in Hilton name with very high price. This made be bit nervous in terms of security also.
